TL;DR - My working VBOX is picked up by the Plex DVR setup. I can see full EPG and am shown What’s On info. But, no amount of rebooting and reinstalling enables Plex to tune to the live TV feed.
Does the debug log show what’s happening or any suggestions on what I can try?

After many months of failing to get my VBOX working (see https://forums.plex.tv/t/vbox-3442-dose-not-want-to-cooperate for part of my story), I was sent a replacement unit.
The new unit works as advertised and has been stable, streaming live TV to VLC on my Mac and through to my Android Smart TV.
In Plex, the setup process sees the VBOX on the network. The EPG initialises and all channels show up.
However, I am unable to get Plex to show and live TV nor record any programs. The error is always “Playback Error. Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.”
VBox is using firmware 2.66 and I’m on the latest Plex media server for my Synology, version 1.19.5.3112.
I enabled logging on Plex to see what would come up. This is the only thing I could find that seemed to relate to the failure:
