Delete all libaries and start from scratch

Plex hasn’t worked now in months. I run the server off an iMac 2.7GHz Core i5. I have players on an AppleTV 4K, and iPad Air 2, and I just bought a New Sony Bravia 4k. The iPad doesn’t even see the server. The rest of the devices will show the menus and let me pick a movie or show (sometimes) but then none of the devices can actually play the media. Except the iPad with says my iMac is Unavailable. I’ve even tried to use Plex through Infuse, but while it allows me to connect to the server and shows me the libraries, it won’t let me share any of them. I’ve basically switched to Infuse, because while it’s not as pretty, at least I can actually watch a movie with it. Except of course I can’t use Infuse on my new 4K TV. I was really hoping Plex would work with it, but no go. I’ve even thought about removing all the libraries and starting from scratch, but when I try to delete a library Plex tells me it can’t. I’ve been a Plex Pass subscriber for 4 years now, and to be honest, it’s NEVER been very reliable, but I’m at the end of my rope. I don’t know, maybe I’m doing something wrong. Is there a way to start from scratch? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As you can probably tell I am very frustrated at this point.
