Plex server works and Home screen is accessible, but all libraries have the triangle with exclamation mark and can't access any of them

I just set up a new server on a mac. All files are stored on external drives that go to sleep when not in use.
The server works fine. I can access the home screen. I can search and play all files. But I can’t see/access any of the libraries. On the AppleTV app they all have the yellow triangle with the exclamation mark and on IOS devices they are all just grayed out.

How do I fix this?

Looking at the image, the bottom shows the Kid Movies and Movies again. did you create a new server with the same libraries as an old server that you. don’t use anymore?

Yes, I think thats it. I’m phasing out the old server and setting up the new one. I no longer have the old one running right now.

How do I get my app to no longer see that server and those libraries?
