I want to change my current email address to one for an account I don’t use anymore. But I am unable to change it, as the one I want to change it to is claimed. How can I delete my unused profile (freeing up my alternative email address.) Thank you.
When an account is deleted, the associated e-mail address cannot be re-used for 30 days.
Contact Plex Billing, link at bottom of page, and explain what you wish to do. They might swap things around so you do not need to wait 30 days. You will have to prove both of the e-mail accounts are yours.
