Detect commercial keep reverting to disabled

Hi,

When i go to advanced setting in record options, i clic on any option in the detect commercials list (use DVR setting, detect and delete, detect and skip) and clic save. Then i go elsewhere and go back to my recording to see the setting and it goes back to disabled… even if i refresh the page after saving it still goes back to disabled

did i do something wrong or there is a known bug?

Server Version#: 1.20.1.3252 on FreeBSD
Player Version#: plex web
