Roku and LGtv worked with Plex as a player in previous location with same ISP provider. Moved home. Now devices will not play Plex remote library media. All other streaming services work fine. All other remote users work fine. Server is running latest version. All known settings, like insecure connections on LG are set. ISP is Spectrum using provided modem and router. Any ideas what could be keeping it from working? BTW… have also tried: fire stick, Google. Note: using the Plex app on an iPhone in the house WiFi works just fine.
