I have had a working Plex with no issues but 2 weeks ago one of my friends stated having issues with watching media off my Plex server. When they are at home using the COX ISP (US) to access my server (which has Plex Lifetime Pass) they get a black screen and buffering on the roku TV or just a black screen on the iPhone on WiFi when playing media.
Another friend on Spectrum ISP (US) just started to have the same issues from yesterday.
Both users had no issues before accessing the server (Based in UK). PMS is fully accessible from outside my network.
Do we know if ISPs in the US are Geofencing connections as using the cell network works for the users atm?
