Direct connection to the server is not available

Server Version#:4.47.3
Player Version#:4.47.3

If the version numbers are not correct please let me know how to get the information and I can update it.

I have Spectrum for my internet provider, Asus ac-3100 router and a QNAP TS-453Be NAS, I can watch movies in the house in 4k, but when I try to access the movies outside the network I am receiving a message - Direct connection to the server is not available.

I have enabled the port on the router and no change

In Plex if I go to Remote Assistance I am seeing - Fully accessible outside your network
and Private Unknown IP Public Unknown IP Internet has the green arrow

I have tried to enable manual port in Plex and there was no change

I have been trying for a few hours changing settings but nothing is working.

If you have any suggestions please let me know.
