My movies and series start to freeze and stutter when direct playing them but if i transcode them to a lower quality they run just fine . i don’t get what is wrong i checked and my hdd is not being slow and the file is not corrupted or anything
Which TV make/model?
During playback, can you take a look at the Server Dashboard and post a screenshot of the expanded Now Playing section near the top.
