Samsung 43TU7000 direct play 4K stutters

Hello! I wasn’t having this problem until this week. Most of my 4K movies stutters when they are being played directly. No transcoding involved. It doesn’t buffer. The sound goes off and the movie is shown like frame and frame. I hope I could explained it well.
