The specials section for Disney Parks was updated on TVDB a few weeks ago and the plex agent still hasn’t scraped it. Disney Parks s00e2 - s00e10
Is the Episode Ordering of this show (or the whole library) set to “TheTVDB (Aired)”?
Library is set to TVDB. Tried switching show TVDB Aired and it did not fix it.
I made a quick test with some dummy mp4 files and can confirm I have the same problem.
Were the specials all added at the same time? Or did S00E01 exist already and then others were added?
I also run jellyfin on the same server and it’s matching the other specials. I’m guessing the Plex agent just needs a little more time to populate
I just did a refresh metadata on my test files for this show and the specials are now matching. Give it a try. This one really took a long time to get into the Plex Agent. I set up my test files shortly after you posted and that was 3.5 weeks ago.
Its probably not related but I know there is a big Cloudflare outtage today. They handle a lot of networking and DNS stuff for the Internet. I know a lot of the Plex matching problems can be related to DNS issues. Its most likely coincidence but I can’t help but wonder if some of the tangled interwebs aren’t get reset/fixed today and maybe this did something to help.
