In light of the debacle unfolding for your Roku community:

If you are contemplating any similar sweeping changes to the app.plex.tv browser-based UI: STOP! Do not make the same appalling mistake twice. That interface is the only reliable, effective interface Plex appears to have left.

Fortunately, I can still access my media in a browser easily and flexibly via that interface. I will miss being able to comfortably access my media on my Roku player, but if I were to lose the browser UI as well……goodbye Plex.

I strongly advice either rolling back the tiresome “upgrade” you’ve foisted on your ROKU users, or at least making the previous stable, effective app available in the ROKU store as an alternative and continue to support it.

100% agree the new roku and tv app is absolutely horrible design. Half the time it says content not available and have to redo Favorites in order to get anything on home screen. Also created duplicate library folders that have no content in them. All managed profiles had problems. Web UI is the only thing that works correctly.
