Hi all
I have a xbox one and plex media server
I can browse the media server categories and select something to play. After that I am greeted with an infinite black screen. It doesn’t play or do anything really. The xbox doesn’t crash as I can press b to go back.
I done some looking around and I cannot see a xbox one profile in my profile folder. Could this be a cause

Did you have a custom Xbox One.xml profile before?
If yes delete this.
And then do a repair installation of the latest Plex Media server.
I have the exact same issue, where can I delete the xml file?
For me (Windows 7) it could either be in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Profiles
or
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Profiles
