Does PMS no longer work on Synology Nas DS1010+?

Server Version#:Synology DS1010+
Player Version#: 1.18.1.1973

I’ve tried to update everything to the most recent packages. PMS is running on my Synology Nas, but I am unable to “Claim Server”. I get the message that an update is available, and I have updated PMS to the most recent version in the “update available” link, but my server is still not claimable by either the Plex app on my Apple TV 4k or by Plex on my browsers or my iOS devices. Is there anything I can do at this point to claim the server and make Plex work, or should I just give up?
