Dolby TrueHD 96 kHz Stuttering

TrueHD 96kHz audio clipping on Nvidia Shield Pro 2019

Server Version#: Version 1.29.1.6316 (Running on Linux, no Docker) Player Version#: 9.11.1.36576 (Nvidia Shield Pro 2019) I have consistent audio “clips”, dropouts, or stutters when playing movies with 96kHz TrueHD audio. The dropouts are predictable and happen in exactly the same spots. (e.g. ~6:45 minutes into Dunkirk on the beach). It tends to happen in high-action scenes OR right before big scene changes.
