It has never worked on Kindle Fire with external storage. Three tablets. Latest version. Every six months or so I retry and it hangs every time.
iOS works like a champ.
Been a Plex user for years and find that there is no way this feature has been tested on kindle fire tablets. Many other posts with this problem that just seem to be ignored and fade away.
As a premium customer, we really deserve better.
