Download give me "Error Response error Code: 400"

Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931
Player Version#:7.22

I was testing the download feature on a iPhone SE (2020), an episode of a tv show downloaded fine. When I tried a movie it was going but then the server crashed. Ever since then I get the message “Error Response error Code: 400”.

There is ZERO messages in the console, I have it set to all.

It did happened also to me, after downloading about 8/9 movies to my iPad pro now all the other downloads gets error 400
Both plex windows media server and ipad app are up to date…

Same issue here. Plex running on Synology NAS (1.24.1.4931) and latest iOS app on several iPhones and iPads.

I have the same issue. I bought PlexPass, only to have this feature, and it does not work. what a disappointment

Let’s keep this open… iOS Plex client logged in as me, connected to my server cannot download anything. Returns Error 400 every time. Highly annoying considering Sync is now gone. And I see this has been an issue for a while. Any fix?

Yes I’m getting this frequently on both my iPhone and iPad. Long-pressing an episode and selecting Download gives “Error, Responses error: Code 400.” Trying to add downloads for seasons etc just seems to fail. Download options stays empty, and the download button doesn’t work.

Downloads seems to be incredibly unreliable. (Sync used to be great! What happened?!)

I’m pretty disappointed about this. And the lack of official response is especially dispiriting.
