The download function is not working anymore??
No episodes, no movies can be downloaded…
Paid yearly subscription but not going to renew is it seems…
Downloads are set to original quality… (Still have enough space)
Even removes the next x episodes (set to all)
Also removed the delete …
Can anyone help? Other people experience the same issue??
In your client, in the settings, the third parameter is called “Download Format” and the default configuration is now “Maximize Compatibility”. Change it to “Original”. When it is as Maximize Compatibility it will transcode videos that you do not need to transcode. Then the app will timeout, and when you start the app again a new transcode will be started, even if the other one is still running and it won’t be used. Then the app times out again, and so on.
It took me weeks to figure out this was the problem, and I could never figure it out during our summer holidays. Really bad.
What client are you using?
And are these files you download on your own server, or one you are invited to?

Are you getting an error message? All I see you saying is “not working anymore”.
