I created a playlist and want to download it to my cell phone but I get every time the error “external storage not found”. I changed the download location to the SD card and back to the internal storage. Didn’t solve the problem at all. Logs are attached.
I have the same problem on a different Samsung device that cannot have external storage added. Has no one taken a look at this issue?

I too have been seeing this same behavior, when I updated to the above server version today I’m now able to get into Plex/Downloads on my Galaxy S21 Ultra and see my playlists. Instead of my playlists being at the root of Downloads I’m seeing “Music - SM-G998U1” (my phone) in Downloads and in that are my playlists. I put myself in airplane mode just to be sure it wasn’t pulling content from the server and I’m able to browse/play my music. Hope ya’ll have the same experience as I did, I hated being without my playlists on my cross-country drive last week.
I recognized that I am able to access and play my music I’ve downloaded when I am not connected to my server - it is not accessible from the internet - but it won’t play the “downloaded” playlist and I still have the mentioned error. This is really annoying.
