Downloaded shows don’t play

I downloaded a bunch of movies and shows before the app update, but the app updated now and all the files show (migrated) and none of them play. Any way to get them back working? They just show a black screen and a loading dialog.

I signed out and signed in again and all my downloads disappeared. I tried to redownload them but they are all stuck in “queued”.
