Downloads to iPhone and IPad have not been working for weeks.
The recent (6 days ago) app update has not fixed this issue where:
- Downloads never start
- Although the download is ‘Queued’ it then immediately moves to ‘Download Failed’ (Unable to download from media server’ ‘Would you like to remove this download or re-add it to the queue?’)
- Retrying the download has the same behaviour
iOS version is 18.5
Can you confirm this is still recognised as an issue and is being fixed.
