Hi I have just subscribed for the Plex pass, but dont see the option to download movies to watch offline?
What movies are you trying to download? If you’re trying to download content from a personal media server, make sure you’re using a supported client (Downloads Overview | Plex Support), and if it’s not your own server, that the server owner has enabled downloads for you.
If you’re instead trying to download content from Plex’s ad-supported streaming, you can’t. See FAQ - Free Movies & Shows:
Does a Plex Pass subscription allow downloading titles?
No, a Plex Pass subscription does not allow downloading content from our free Movies & Shows service for offline access. The content available on our free, ad-supported service is not licensed to allow downloading or offline viewing, sorry.

Can I download from Plex-provided content such as streaming on demand content?
No. You can only download personal content, from a Plex Media Server you have access to, where the server admin has allowed you to download.
If it’s Plex’s free movies/shows that you’re trying to download, it might be worth reaching out to billing support and asking for a refund, since a Plex Pass doesn’t offer any benefits if you don’t run or have access to a personal media server.
