On what platform and with what specific versions of the respective Plex app and Plex Media Server are you experiencing this?

First off, we’d like to thank all the users who have been using and reporting issues related to our recently released Downloads feature. Due to these reports, we have identified several areas for improvement. We are providing an update on certain issues that have been reported to provide some transparency on this new feature.
