DRV only recording 16-17 mins

lately my plex system is only recording the first 16-17 mins of a show.
Plex Server v1.9.1.4272 on Windows 7 64
HDHomerun Extend with the latest firmware
HD Antenna with strong signal
Transcoder Quality: High Quality (30FPS)

please help. What other info might you need to help troubleshoot?

I have the HD Homerun Prime and for some reason just now, I am attempting to record South Park, all episodes, and every 4th or 5th show it only records 5-10 mins of, and stops, this has me nervous about shows I actually care about getting, which I have had no issues up until now.
