DS1522+ Server not able to connect

Hello everyone,

I connected my Synology NAS through a claim token after installing the offical package. Now I get OldGregg (Name of my NAS) is currently unavailable. I see no options to add new media libraries and the option to enable remote connections seems to be missing from every menu. My router is a Calix “GigaSpire Blast” and i have attempted to disable the firewall and open port forwarding. I am completely out of ideas here.

Let’s see what’s happening:

  1. Using FileStation, navigate to:
    PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server

  2. Right-click ‘Logs’ → ‘Compress to Logs.zip’

  3. Download that from the syno

  4. Upload/attach that here.

I’d like you to do a nice shutdown of the server now.

Of the logs you sent, 5 of the 6 showed me that the container was trying to restart too rapidly and failing.
