A lot has changed in 2 years, especially on Synology.
First, Here’s a fundamental change with PMS on Synology. It gives you full control over what PMS can and cannot see on your Syno but does require you to expressly grant permission as you so wish.
Next, Because PMS & Plex.tv have updated, your previous sign-in will have expired and needs to reauthenticate / “claim”.
