DSM423+ libraries do no get scan and no movies appears

Server Version#: Version 1.40.2.8395
Player Version#:
Plex Web Version# Version 4.125.1

I setup a film library on “/Volume1/Films” and nothing happens to it, I have movies in mlv and mp4 format in different sub directory.
I am not sure why Plex server does not find any movies to index

Have you given System Internal User PlexMediaServer (the Plex app) permission to read the shared folder ?
