DTS 5.1 audio error in WebOS (LG TV)

I had a LG TV (LG 55UK6400) and I installed the Plex app in WebOS.

But I tried to play a movie with audio in DTS 5.1 format but the audio doesn’t work (no sound, neither error). I had this problem with 2 movies.

Can you help me with this problem.

Hi, I gather this is a 2018 TV. Have you checked that the plex LG Client for Audio settings/ Your account Avatar/ audio/ DTS

Yes I already check the audio settings and DTS (DCA) is enable.
I bought this TV one month ago but the model is from 2017.

Do you use subtitles when playing this problematic movies?

No I don’t use subtitles
