Multiple issues with 1.18.1.1973

Server Version#: 1.18.1.1973 (Just upgraded from 1966 and issues persist) Player Version#: Xbox One, Xbox 360, LG TV app Xbox 360 app won’t play random files. I can’t find a pattern to this.
