DVD Extras not showing up

Server Version#: 1.16.3.1402
Player Version#: Various (IOS, Web, Windows)

I can’t get the DVD extras to show.

I have (I think) followed the instructions on Local Media Assets ([https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220677-local-media-assets-movies/]) and tried various fixes from the forum (https://forums.plex.tv/t/extras-not-showing-for-one-movie/365379) but nothing seems to work.

Here is an example of my folder setups
2019_08_03_12_09_40_nostromo_Synology_DiskStation

Library points to the “Stand Up Comedy” Folder in this example but its not working for any Libraries.

I’ve tried both the inline and the Sub-Directory methods which is why both can be seen here.

I currently have three Libraries based on Movies and this is not working in any of them. I haven’t tried to get DVD Extras for a TV Show library yet.

Any help appreciated

For anyone else encountering this issue, it was just a lack of patience.

After waiting about an hour, it started to work correctly. All DVD Extras are now appearing correctly.

If I may add: never try to use both methods concurrently.
Either all filename-suffix
or all in subfolders.
