Extras not showing for one movie

I’ve adjusted my server Settings > Agents > Movies > Personal Media > Personal Media
-This fixed a lot of my movies to show extras properly.

However, I recently added another one, Princess Bride, with a lot of making up extras, and it’s not working. When it matches using the Plex Movie Agent, it matches the poster, year, and actors, etc… just fine, but doesn’t pick up the extras I have in the directory:
Plex > The Princess Bride 1987
(using the appropriate naming conventions with -featurette and -behindthescenes, etc…)

However, when I attempt to use the Personal Media Agent, it doesn’t match the poster, actors, etc… and won’t find the extras either.

Help!

Please show a list of all the files in the folder, with their actual file names.

Make sure your movie library is only looking at G:\Plex\Movies. Not one folder level above or below!

1st experiment:
replace all those dashes which are a part of the extra’s title (i.e. not those which sit before the extra ‘type’) with spaces.

2nd experiment:
put the (year) in parentheses and perform the Plex Dance with this whole folder.

1: What do you mean by “looking at G:\Plex\Movies”, not one folder level above or below" ?
Am I not doing that?

2: I replaced dashes in the title’s of the extra file names with spaces.

3: What do you mean “put the year in parentheses”? Do you mean the folder name or the file name for Princess Bride? Or both?

The library (i.e. Plex Server) must “look at” this exact folder.
I cannot know whether this is the case. Hence why I recommend you to verify at which folder you have pointed the library.

Ideally both. Movies/The Princess Bride (1987)/The Princess Bride (1987).mkv
