None of my extras are working

Server Version#: Version 1.14.1.5488

None of my extras are working. I’ve followed the recommendation here:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/200220677-local-media-assets-movies/

I’ve used the first method of putting the movie and the extras in the same folder like so:
Plex/Movies/Alien 1979/Extrafile-behindthescenes.mkv

I’ve also tried the multiple subfolder method:

/Movies
   /Avatar (2009)
      Avatar (2009).mkv
      /Behind The Scenes
         Performance Capture.mkv

Neither have worked. Nothing is working and I'm super sad.

do you have enabled Local Media Assets in Settings > Agents > Movies?

Yes, I think so (see attached screenshot)

your movie library is likely using “Plex Movie” agent not “Personal Media”. Is it enabled under PLex Movie? ( you can see which your library is using by viewing the library edit window)
