@mpatnode_yahoo_com, Did you refresh the guide? It’s been working great for me!
Video shows the guide refresh (though I clipped out the wait time). Perhaps I’m seeing a different problem?
So I think something screwy is going on with the Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley Comcast signal. As you can see here, the Hauppauge card seems to think channel 3 is HD (but it’s not)
702 is still the HD channel, but Plex won’t auto-select it or save that manual assignment from the DVR setup screen. (see the video from my previous post) What DID work was using the channel 3 guide on 702.
For some reason it’s happy to save that mapping. Programming is the same, so that works fine for me, but something odd is still going here.
BTW: I manually unchecked all the non-HD channels. Easy once you figure out that Tab & Space work for move and select.
I have moved your posts from this thread
EPG issues since the new update to Plex server. Channel Matching not matching the guide - Live TV & DVR - Plex Forum
Regarding Comcast lineup for Scotts Valley and the Fox Entertainment channels:
The issue with channel 3 HD indication has been referred to Gracenote
Thanks. Hopefully the fix won’t break what I have working now.
This has now been fixed with 702 being the HD channel

Tested and fixed! Thank you!
