Using XMLTV?: Don’t think so
Channel number/Name: 702/KIONDT2
So I’ve been happily using this setup for just over a year, when I noticed I lost 1 (and only one) channel from my guide. I went back to the channel scan and the channel is still there and checked, but the guide no longer auto-matches the name (this is the only channel I want with this issue, so I suspect it’s key). I go ahead and chose the correct name from the drop-down, click Save, wait 15m or so while my guide is rebuilt and then come back and the channel is still not there. I return to the channel scan page and the channel is still clicked, but the EPG name is once again blank. The channel happens to be the local Fox affiliate which shows the local NFL games, which is pretty much my primary use of Plex these days.
Step 1: Notice 702 is missing
Step 2: Edit Cable Card Channels
Step 3: Scroll Down to 702 and notice it’s blank (but still checked!)
Step 4: Select the right channel from the dropdown (which is the first selection!)
Step 5: Click Save, wait 15m, you are now back at Step 1!
I’ve done multiple rescan in the Plex and Tuner UIs. They always find the channel.
Known bug, any work-arounds? Thanks
