DVR - DMAX UK+1 (Astra 28.2 - FTA) showing in Plex DVR as 'Protected'

DMAX UK+1 (Astra 28.2) is shown on KingOfSat to be FTA. In Plex DVR after a channel scan this is shown as ‘protected’ and hence I cannot setup / load this channel into my Plex DVR.

I’ve had this channel scanned and working using other software when scanning FTA channels from Astra 28.2 in the UK?

How can I get this channel working correctly in Plex?
