DVR Funktion über Plex mit VU+ UNO4kse

Hi,

ich habe mal die DVR Funktion in Plex aktiviert.
Aktuell betreibe ich eine VU+ UNO 4K SE Box. Ich habe das HD+ Abo welches auch zuverlässig funktioniert. Ich habe das Plugin “HRTunerProxy” auf meiner VU+ Box installiert und erfolgreich mit meinem Plex Server verbunden. Soweit funktioniert alles, mehr oder weniger…

Als Client nutze ich eine Nvidia Shield. Mein Plex Server läuft auf einem ESXi Server in einer Ubuntu 20.04 VM. Performancetechnisch gibt es hier würde ich sagen kein Problem.

Aber irgendetwas läuft nicht rund :confused:
Zum Beispiel:

  • Die Sender brauchen lange zum laden (könnte ich noch mit leben)
  • RTL bringt meistens einen Fehler (entweder steht das Bild, oder die Verbindung wird nicht aufgebaut. Seltsamerweise gibt es bei Pro7 und Sat1 nie Probleme?!)
  • Wenn ich eine Aufnahme bei RTL starte bricht es nach einer Sekunde ab (Pro 7 funktioniert tadellos)
  • Ich habe manchmal, egal bei welchem Programm Ton-Aussetzer

Die Frage ist woran liegt es?!

Hat hier jemand Tuning Tipps? Eine Kombination die zuverlässig läuft? Da ich viel YT, Netflix usw… schaue, habe ich mir den neuen Chromecast von Google bestellt und möchte dann meine Shield ersetzen.

Eventuell die Shield als Server und die VM weg?!

Fragen über Fragen :wink:
Ich hoffe jemand kann mir Tipps geben.

Die gleichen Probleme habe ich mit der Cable Box.
RTL läuft nur über XTEVE einwandfrei, leider kann XTEVE nicht alle 4 Tuner des Routers ansprechen, sonst würde ich alles darüber laufen lassen.

Der Rest läuft soweit, allerdings sind ab und an mal Aufnahmen dabei die nach 10Sek abgebrochen werden. Läuft alles nicht Rund aber machen kannst nix wenn es kein offizieller und freigegebener Tuner ist.

Hm… das ist Mist. xTeVe habe ich auch schon gefunden, allerdings scheitere ich schon daran auf die Weboberfläche zu kommen :grin:
xTeVe läuft, der PC ist erreichbar, In der Konsole wird mir die URL angezeigt, aber ich komme nicht drauf?! Gibt’s da einen Trick?

Edit: Ok vergiss es, lag an meinem Browser…

Edit2: Kann mir hier jemand unter die Arme greifen? Ich hänge an dem Punkt, an dem ich eine m3u URL hinzufügen soll?! Die kommt ja bestimmt von meiner VU+ Box, aber was muss ich hier eingeben?

Ein “http://IP_von_der_VU+/playlist.m3u” funktioniert nicht…

Ok, ich habe nun die m3u Datei heruntergeladen von meiner Box und xTeVe zur Verfügung gestellt. Nun fehlt mir noch das xmltv?? file? Wow, ist ja echt kompliziert…

Dafür einfach beim EPG in xteve auf PMS stellen, dann nimmt er die Daten von PLEX :slight_smile:
Musst dann nur noch korrekt RTL zuordnen und vom anderen DVR löschen.

Ok, das habe ich so gemacht. Funktioniert dann zwar etwas besser aber auch nicht wirklich zuverlässig… Auch hier funktioniert die Aufnahme nur eine Sekunde :confused:
So wie ich das gelesen habe, ist PMS auch nicht die empfohlene Konfiguration für xTeVe?!

Gibt’s da keine Lösung die zuverlässig funktioniert?
Eventuell auch ein komplettes Tutorial das die Konfiguration von A-Z zeigt?
Ich glaube kaum, dass alle mit dieser Konstellation, mit solchen Einschränkungen leben…

Dann zeigt dir xteve sicher ne Fehlermeldung an?

Bei mir läuft dies über VLC mit 5Mb puffer ohne Probleme, ohne VLC oder ggf. FFMPEG geht das nicht, muss du also noch so einstellen.

Nein das ist das seltsame. Im Log erscheint kein Fehler. Die Sender werden einfach nicht geladen.

Ich versuche das mal mit FFMPEG

Mit einer Linux als auch mit einer Windows Kiste getestet.
Keine Ahnung woran das hängt.

Klar, ich könnte alles über HRTunerProxy und RTL über xTeVe laufen lassen, aber das ist noch eine zu große Bastelei.

Ja, die Fehler kamen auch erst als ich auf FFMPEG umgestellt habe.
Laut https://stackoverrun.com/de/q/12709655 kann man den Fehler auch ignorieren, solange es funktioniert. Über VLC habe ich es nur unter Linux konfiguriert bekommen. Aber auch da, mal geht’s dann wieder nicht…
Fehler waren aber auch dort vorhanden. Sowohl bei den funktionsfähigen Programmen als auch bei den nicht funktionsfähigen, weshalb ein Troubleshooting schwierig wird.

Ich werde mal meine VU+ Box neu mit einer SSD neu aufsetzen und es dann nochmals probieren. Eventuell ist die auch “kaputt konfiguriert”
