DVR of TV shows is incorrectly showing no new episodes

Recently my DVR functionality for my plex server stopped recording new shows. It just shows all the shows as having “no upcoming airings”. But I know this isn’t true because I have the CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell as one of my shows that we record nightly. Any thoughts on why this may be happening and/or how to fix this?

I’ve tried restarting the service on my QNAP server, I’ve also tried deleting and then re-adding the show to the DVR schedule.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I have the same problem, started last week. It appears that it can’t detect shows that are set to record in HD only. If I set them to “Prefer HD” they will show on the schedule and show as recording SD.

Hmm… I see what you’re talking about, if I switch the Live TV and DVR to only show me HD channels then it looks like this…

If I don’t filter by HD then it shows me this:

But even with my DVR settings as prefer HD it still shows no new episodes for my shows. Strangely enough, the PBS NewsHour, which does show up with the HD only channels, allows me to schedule recordings. So I think you’re on the right track. Thanks for your help!
