DVR on Plex does not work

I have tried several times to get someone to look at this. I have even put logs out in the forums but I never get a comment of any kind.
The issue I have is Plex Crashes after the DVR is installed. I remove it and it works fine.
I think the issue is the guide it never gets fully loaded before the crash. Plex crashes about 5 10 minutes after DVR installed. I have 10 gig available on the Hard drive so space should not be an issue.
I have the latest version and I have backed down through multiple versions and see no change.
My DVR is on HDHomerun.
How do I get the attention of Plex Support does anyone know?

I looked at the log you provided in that other thread. It indicates it ran into an issue reading the guide data. What provider and zip code are you using so I can check?

Just for kicks, can you redo your DVR setup and pick a different provider and zip code. See if the guide downloads correctly for that.

I will try another as soon as I can but in the mean time I am in zip 63376 and use charter/spectrum.

Did you ever get it working? Are you using an HD Homerun? Do you have a cable card through Spectrum?

Yes on everything. I didn’t really do anything to make it work. It just started. I did however update the code on HD Homerun. My Schedule Listings on the the TV list are well over 87000.
