DVR recordings recorded, but not saving

I noticed that most of the stuff I set to record last night on my Plex DVR didn’t show up in my library. I checked the schedule on the web app and they did record, but they’re stuck in a “recording 100%” limbo. In addition, there’s also one show from Saturday that didn’t save (as well as another show that didn’t record at all). I’d like to save these recordings, so does anyone know of some way to do so without losing them?

My server is an Nvidia SHIELD with a Happauge Win-TV Dual-HD tuner. My server version should be the latest beta. I’d provide logs, but the web app says that server settings are unavailable.

Also, today’s recordings are stuck in limbo as well. I was reading other threads on this forum, apparently a TON of people are having this issue! Someone suggested cancelling the recording. I tried that, and it didn’t work. (That’s one episode of MST3K gone. I should’ve picked something I didn’t mind losing. Oh well.)
I’m not home yet, but once I am, I’m gonna try resetting my server. Worst case scenario, I lose a bunch of reruns, so although I’d like to keep them, it’s really not that big of a deal.

UPDATE 2: I safely turned off my server and turned it back on. The only thing that saved was one episode of MST3K (Which is fine, since that’s what I wanted most anyways), but nothing else.
I’m planning on rolling back to the latest non-beta version (the only reason I upgraded was to get timeshifting, a feature that ironically was released publicly the very next day), but I don’t have time to today. Does this issue still exist in the public version?

any fix for this 100% hanging issue yet? It still exists in 1.9.2.4285

I’ll second this. Tested on three different platforms (Synology, Windows, Linux). Lost the only recording I wanted this evening.

I fixed my issue by just reverting back to the non-beta build. I only switched to beta to get a specific new feature (that, ironically, was added into the public build the very next day), so there really wasn’t a good reason to keep using beta.

I rolled back to 1.6.1 as other threads have noted. The “beta” DVR is solid and reliable. Everything newer than that has been problematic and fails with stuck recordings and/or transcoder errors. Seeing that the problem has been noted from version 1.7.0 through 1.9.2, it’s reasonable to believe that the transcoder change occurring in version 1.7.0 has contributed to the majority of the problems that are being experienced.
