That is concerning. I have gone through the sequence using a simulator and it worked

Have you gone through Delete DVR and go through setup afresh?

Any chance of screenshots and logs

Deleting the DVR is not possible, as it was never set up. Screen looks just like yours, just that ā€œContinueā€ is greyed out.

Even the sample provided by you doesnt seem to work:

While it was annoying so far it really starts to enrage me! This is not some free ware. This is payed software as far as Iā€™m concerned. I specifically got my plex pass for that DVR solution with the program guide. Being an engineer myself I really do not see the issue here! We already stated that your website can check postal codes from Switzerland so the data is available. Isā€™s impossible that this minor GUI-issue does take that long to fix. You are payed to deliver the functionality, so please do something to earn that money.

For what itā€™s worth: My screen shots are still valid with version 1.13.3.5208, as there has been no improvement at all.

Since the problem is understood, I guess further information (e.g. logs) is not needed. But what I now REALLY like to know when the solution can be expected. Waiting a month for a next beta is not an option.

Sorry for the earlier glitch. The fix is definitely in the hotfix beta release that is available now - version 1.13.3.5223

Yes, I confirm. Using version 1.13.3.5223 on my linux Ubuntu 16.04 server I was able to get my HDHomeRun EXPAND working.
Thanks! Now I can focus on the other issues. As far as I am concerned this one can be considered ā€œsolvedā€.

Hi there, quick question, is this fix also coming to the plex media server for the NVIDIA Shield ? With the beta activated, I am still unable to select a four digit postal code.
