Hello,
I am trying to set the tuner Hauppauge WinTV-quadHD (on the first screen appear two times). After I scan for channels (~ 3 min ) I got the message :
“No channels found. Make sure your device has a signal from your antenna and try scanning again.”
I can mention that in win TV 8.5 i receive the channels."
Is this a common problem or I miss something ?
OS: Windows 10
Drivet : Hauppauge latest version .
Plex: latest version
Region: Romania (DiGI TV cable)

This problem was also before i installed win tv software (I installed to see if the tuner works ). Anyway i reinstalled the driver , (force removed from device manager) ,also tried to remove the IR device (conflict problem ? as you can see in the attached file).
The problem still persist . The win Ttv software is removed .
What should i try , or where can I get some technical support ?

I fond that the problem is because the plex EPG data for Romania is not updated ?
