Plex DVR will not find channels on my Hauppauge 1213 WinTV-HVR-2255

Plex DVR will not find channels on my Hauppauge 1213 WinTV-HVR-2255, I am using the newest version of plex, i have plex pass. Have the newest drivers. Could it be my antenna? I live in a major suburban area by large city so signal should be no issue. in the past using the software with the wintv it worked fine but plex does not locatate any channels. It does show up on devices in the plex search for a dvr tho.

You are using Plex on Windows, or Linux?

i am using window 10 pro

new install as well btw

I’m personally running on linux, but I had similar issues, I’ll keep you posted if I find something

its weird any one else?

Ok so I tested the following:
Using NextPVR on Windows, my tuner works fine, I can watch a few channels. However, using Plex (which is on linux in my case) the scan fails to find any channels.
My device is the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-955Q. So my stuff is not the exact same as yours. But maybe it is a similar issue. When I look at the logs, I see the following:

Can you upload your own logs, found under $PLEX_HOME/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Tuner Service.log

Also, I read here and there that you should not, on Windows, install WinTV and the drivers, I think Plex is supposed to handle all of that stuff. I read that it could conflict somehow, but I can’t find it back right now
