DVR Setup Stuck at 0%

Hello,

I am trying to setup my DVR for a new location. I had previously setup two HDHomeRun Connect appliances successfully to record OTA broadcasts. After moving to this location, I deleted my DVR and tried to re-add the HDHomeRun Connects to Plex. I am stuck at Scanning Channels 0% after hours of waiting:

The HDHomeRun setup app successfully finds 36 channels.

I am on Version 1.13.2.5154 (Windows 2016)
