Email password reset not happening

Hello all. I bought the lifetime pass last night. I was able to sign in without issues on my ios and apple TV. I went to setup the media server today, and it is not taking my password no matter how many times I tried. I then went to reset, but I am not receiving my password in the email I used to sign up. It’s not in spam. I added plex to safe senders list. I created this second account to post on the forum. I’m not sure what else to do any help is greatly appreciated friends.
