I have tried everything to enable Plex remote access and I´m really stuck

Even though PLEX says it can automatically configure the port it would not work for me. As soon as I manually specified the public port everything worked. I had already set up my router’s ports and firewall.
I would focus your attention on firewalls and opening ports. The 32400 port is usually specific enough, but what I found out recently is you can take in 32400 and place it on a different port when it gets to your device for example 32401. That way, you can have multiple Plex Streams (comes in as 32401, then pass it to Host A on 32400, comes in on 32402, pass it to Host B). I always thought I would need to pick one and stick with it but I had it working and was very happy with the discovery!

and I still can’t get it to work
Now it says double NAT but my cloud is connected to the router, I don’t have any other one in my networks
Really don’t know what else to do
How do I do that?
Router, Modem, ISP can all provide NAT support as the support article says . There is troubleshooting guidance in the link if you do have Double NAT, just follow the steps and narrow down what is going on.
