Enabling trailers not in my library fails on AppleTV app

If I have Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies in theaters and Include Cinema Trailers from new and upcoming movies on Blu-ray enabled in “Extras”, the Apple TV fails to play with the error:

”Playback Stopped Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up.” If I disable those two options trailers then it plays trailers before playing a movie without issue.

On my Xbox client, playback works as expected. Debug logs attached.
