I’m trying to log onto Plex on Roku for the first time. Once I enter my user ID and password, I reach the “enter verification code” screen. However, there’s no verification code. Similarly, I can go to “use a recovery code” screen, but I don’t have one. So, I added Plex to this laptop, and the same thing is happening. There’s no verification or recovery code.
