My EPG guide is about 95% empty. Refreshed guide and the process takes about 2 seconds!! Installed latest update on Synology NAS and no different. Am I missing something?

Version 4.10.1 running on Synology NAS. The DVR is a Homerun Quad.
I have just removed and reinstalled the Homerun and the system is now downloading the guide. Will give update when it’s completed. Bit of a pain though.
EPG has now updated. A PITA though. Thanks for responding.

I have updated the server version but only AFTER I had the EPG issue. I was hoping it may fix the problem but it didn’t. I had to remove the tuner and reinstall it to fix the problem.
Are you sure this wasn’t a rescan issue? Many stations are changing their
broadcast frequencies. I had to rescan my stations last week
in order for the EPG to find the new stations.

As mentioned a rescan took about 2 seconds and made no difference. Only removing and reinstalling the Homrun cured the issue

Just to make sure, you’re not mixing the terms Guide Refresh and Channel Re-Scan?
A Refresh guide does nothing if your channels have all changed frequencies, you need to tell plex to re-scan (which it does during removing and re-adding the tuner(s)) You can also re-scan the channels by:
