EPG Guide will not refresh - initializes and then immediately fails.

The programming guide will no longer refresh on my QNAP Plex Server install in the 98112 zip code (approximately 360 channels)

I tried various combinations of removing and re-enabling the tuner, deleting the epg files, and no matter what I do I can no longer get a guide.

One time it got stuck at 1% for hours (only loaded 5 shows) but when restarting the NAS the guide loaded empty.

Usually when you hit the refresh button, it initializes at 0% for 20 seconds and then just stops.

Without the guide, nothing we have set up is getting recorded and the plex dvr is useless. Any more suggestions on how to fix this?

I’ve been having similar issues with Plex Windows Server. What I’ve read and found is that you have to delete the DVR then add it again, the initial program guide download works. But after that it fails again. So that’s what i’ve been doing as a work around until a permit fix comes out.

I tried that on mine and it didn’t work.

Same problem here. I’ve downloaded & installed 1.12.0.4829 on my Synology Server. I’ve deleted the DVR, Rescanned channels, & Reinitialized the EPG multiple times & it fails every time after scanning EPG is only 1% complete.
