EPG Channel Updates Needed for Portland Oregon

Server Version#: 1.28.0.5999
Player Version#: N/A
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun SCRIBE 4K
Guide/Lineup name: Portland, Oregon
Using XMLTV?: No
Channel number/Name: 8.5, 8.6
Recently, the Portland market dropped two of the three(!) Bounce feeds and added both ThisTV and TheGrio. Neither are available in the EPG, and thus can not be “enabled” in the tuner. Both 8.5 (ThisTV) and 8.6 (TheGrio) are available and work fine from the HDHomeRun itself.

Less important is an HSN feed on 22.8 which is missing (but was able to fill with a dead HSN feed from 16.1 that I don’t receive), and there’s a whole religious network running on 31.1 - 31.4 named BLBN or somesuch that’s also missing. Just including for completeness.

Myself and others reported it to this thread.

There’s a lot of channels missing that Gracenote needs to fix. I couldn’t narrow down the religious channels to include it in my attached chart. i’ve been checking and have not seen any new changes

Yeah, it’s interesting that Gracenote had MeTV dropped from the local Sinclair station instantly, but it’s been over a month and they’re not adding two minority-focused sub-channels? In a large market?

I rather expect more from Plex than this. The racial bias being shown is obvious.

I caught that with Gracenote. I get the impression that they are in better touch with the big media companies than small ones.

Were you able to pick up Metv on KJWY 21.3 and/or KJYY 29.3?
I can’t receive them where i’m at, but saturday morning i did pick it up on a new KOXI-CD channel 20.7

Unfortunately, I’m in a bad spot for picking up any of the LP stations. I’m glad MeTV landed somewhere, just nowhere I can pick up.

In other news, I note that all of the channels I was complaining about are now showing up and can be viewed from Plex! So if someone from Plex pinged Gracenote, thanks!
